Twitter Auto-Liker Bot Development

I'm looking for a skilled individual to create a custom Twitter bot capable of automatically liking specific comments on demand.
Requirements:
- The bot should only have 'auto-like' functionality, no retweets.
- After liking a comment, the bot should idle until I provide it with another specific comment to like. It should not engage further on its own.
- I will provide comments for the bot to like through direct links to the tweets.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Python or another suitable programming language for bot development.
