Tutorial animation

we are working on YouTube video course and need several hundred of minutes of animation videos. We want them to be in the simplest form similar to the one in the sample video posted below. We like the charm of this childish style but we still want something more professional but without loosing that childish style. We prefer it to be not a computer fonts but a real handwriting on a whiteboard. If you want to apply we would appreciate a sample of your work similar to the tutorial style in the video.
