Scope of the MVP
The first release focuses on delivering the complete core travel flow across multiple verticals:
1. Search → Book → Pay
Users must be able to:
Search flights, hotels, cars, and experiences
View real‑time availability and pricing
Complete booking and checkout using Stripe
Receive immediate confirmation
This is the primary revenue engine and must be stable, fast, and well‑tested.
2. Unified Itinerary
After booking, users should instantly see:
A consolidated trip itinerary
Confirmation details
Downloadable documents
Email notifications
3. Accounts & Admin Oversight
The MVP includes:
User account creation and login
Past bookings and traveler profiles
Admin console for viewing bookings, users, logs, and basic configuration
These three areas—Search/Book/Pay, Itinerary, and Accounts/Admin—will receive the closest scrutiny. Code quality, test coverage, and strict separation of concerns are essential.
