Traditional Residential Plans and Renders as per Vastu
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move from ideas to construction documents for a residential project designed in a traditional style. Along with the full architectural drawings, I also need a cohesive land-development plan that shows how the house will sit on the lot, driveways, landscaping zones, and utility runs.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• A complete set of scaled floor plans, elevations, and roof plan in DWG or Revit format, suitable for permitting.
• A site plan that integrates grading, setbacks, and service connections so I can hand it straight to the civil engineer.
• At least two high-resolution exterior 3D renders that capture the traditional character and material palette we discuss.
• A brief material/finish legend so finishes in the renderings can be priced accurately.

I’ll provide a rough sketch of the footprint, survey, and local code notes as soon as we start. If you typically work in Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp, let me know—compatibility is important so I can make minor tweaks later without re-drawing.
