Toilet Plumbing Shop Drawings

I need complete plumbing shop drawings for a single-COMMON toilet room so I can forward them for permitting and contractor coordination. The package must contain a fully dimensioned floor plan, at least one longitudinal and one transverse section, plus interior elevations that clearly locate every pipe, vent, and fixture.

On the floor plan, show:
• Pipe locations with line sizes and slope arrows ALONG WITH ELEVATIONS
• Exact fixture placements referenced to finished walls
• All vent routes, including risers through the roof
• Clear, readable measurements from center-lines and faces of walls


In the sections and elevations, indicate pipe inverts, vertical offsets, clean-outs, and any required drops so the installer can build straight from the sheets. Labels, legends, and material notes should follow standard plumbing symbols. I work in AutoCAD, so DWG files are ideal; a plotted PDF set is also required.

I will provide the architectural background in CAD as well as the fixture schedule. Please rely on current IPC standards unless you note otherwise.
