20'x20' Tiny House BIM Package
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have already sketched a 20' × 20' tiny-house concept and attached the preliminary plan. What I need now is a fully-resolved BIM package built in Revit and mirrored in an AutoCAD 2020 3D file. The goal is complete construction documentation—not just a layout—so every drawing set, parametric family, and schedule must be ready for permit submission and on-site use.
Scope
• Revit model: walls, roof, floor system, openings, fixtures, and structural framing set up with proper families and view templates.
• Sheet set: floor plans, four elevations, building sections, framing plans, foundation plan, roof plan, key details, door/window schedules, and a code-ready title sheet.
• Material takeoff: automated schedules listing quantities for standard building materials (studs, sheathing, roofing, insulation, finishes, hardware) aligned with the model so any change updates the numbers.
• AutoCAD 2020: export the 3D geometry on organized layers; keep origin, units, and naming consistent with the Revit model.
Acceptance
1. All dimensions are in feet-and-inches and match the attached plan exactly.
2. Sheets print cleanly to ARCH-D PDF at 1/4" = 1'-0".
3. No missing families or unresolved warnings in Revit’s audit report.
4. Material takeoff totals reconcile within ±2 % when cross-checked manually.
5. Delivered files: .rvt (2023 or earlier), .dwg (ACAD 2020), and a single PDF set.
The attached concept already dictates style, so please follow it closely rather than re-imagining the look. Standard building materials are fine; no need to specify high-end or strictly sustainable alternatives unless noted in the plan.
