I already have a complete civil site plan and utility plans for a forthcoming commercial project and simply need it signed, sealed, and dated by a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer. No redrafting or extra sheets are required; the drawings themselves are final.
Scope
• Review the provided PDF/CAD site plan to confirm it meets Texas standards for a commercial development.
• Apply your PE seal along with your TBPE firm number and any required signature/date blocks.
• Return the stamped file in the same format I supply (PDF)
Acceptance
A fully legible Texas PE stamp with your TBPE firm number on every required sheet, delivered electronically, completes the job.
