I'm in need of a developer who can create a 10-question checklist questionnaire. This will be used to evaluate the necessity of consulting other teams based on user responses.
The questionnaire should consist of:
- 10 questions
- Each question has three selectable options
Sample questions:
- What is the primary focus of the questionnaire? (Technical aspects; Business processes; Team dynamics)
- What is the main objective of consulting other teams? (Problem-solving; Information sharing; Validation of ideas)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in survey/questionnaire design
- Strong understanding of technical aspects
- Good knowledge of logical thinking and Xlz formula
- Ability to create engaging and easy-to-understand questions
