Tech/Saas Related Business Plan

Need an experienced freelancer to write a business plan for my saas startup. This project will involve consistent communication to ensure it's accurate and captures my vision correctly - so just filling out a questionnaire and then submitting the plan is not acceptable. I will need to be updated about the progress at regular intervals and a thorough discussion must take place before any new section/part of the plan is started.
