Taobao Store Setup and Management Specialist

I am in urgent need of an experienced freelancer who understands Taobao and its functionalities well. My priority is someone who can help me set up a successful Taobao Store and manage it effectively. The key responsibilities would be:
- Setting up the Taobao Account: I need support in building and setting up the Store from scratch.
- Store Management: I need ongoing support with various Store management tasks.
The primary function of the Taobao Store would be to provide information about the technical services that I offer.
The ideal candidate for this project should have the following skills and experience:
