Subtle Portrait Photo Retouching

I have between one and five portrait-style JPEGs that need a light, natural-looking polish. The main fixes are to tame frizz so my hair falls softer and to slim my upper arms just enough to look proportionate—nothing overly sculpted or plastic. Please work nondestructively (layered PSD or smart-object workflow in Photoshop or Lightroom is fine) and return high-resolution JPEGs ready for sharing, along with the layered source file so I can tweak if needed later. Consistency across the small set is important, so match colour and lighting delicately while keeping skin texture intact and avoiding that over-airbrushed look.
