I need a custom-made compression spring produced from stainless steel for use in a consumer-facing product. I already have the exact specifications—overall length, outside diameter, coil count, and wire thickness—and will share the drawing the moment we start.
The job is straightforward: take those precise measurements and turn them into fully finished springs that hold their dimensions and perform consistently under repeated compression. A clean, burr-free finish is important because the part will be visible once assembled.
Deliverables
• Finished stainless-steel springs built to my drawing
• Basic quality report confirming all critical dimensions and load tests
Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions within the tolerances shown on the drawing
• Material must be corrosion-resistant stainless (302/304 or equivalent)
• Smooth ends, no sharp edges or surface defects
