Solar Panel Sales Appointments

I'm looking for a skilled professional to help me generate quality appointments for solar panel sales.
Please do not show me a proposal for ads, leads, lists, or other services. I am only looking to hire someone who has their own sources. I will provide a small amount for a trial. If your appointments result in sales we will open a wider conversation about how to increase the volume. First I need you to show me not just that you can set appointments but your appointments are highly motivated and hot. My closers are the best and will close 40% to 60% depending on the quality. All our sales are remote, please choose an area in California that will be the most successful in your experience.
Your main duties will include:
- Engaging homeowners to schedule appointments for possible solar panel installations
- Educating them about the advantages of using solar energy and our installation services
- Capturing and sending us information such as the current electricity usage, roof and shading details of the clients
Your qualifications for this job should include:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- A good understanding of the solar power market and its benefits
