Solana-Based Decentralized Blockchain Exchange Development

Hey, I'm currently developing a token on Solana called Kosher Token. Once that is complete, I would like to develop an app. I would like to get a quote for developing an app with you. The app will need to run on mobile (apk) and desktop (cloud). The MVP will include two products: the Kosher Wallet and Kosher Vendor. Need a quote for each product respectively. Please see UI design attached for reference. (Desktop and mobile versions will be very similar. We do not need two completely different designs) The landing page is already done: koshertoken.com I only need a quote for the app. Please review the documents attached and ask any relevant questions you may have.
