Social Media Wizzard - Strategy and Posts / Reels creation

I am looking for a Social Media Wizard who can help me with strategy and content creation for my Facebook and Instagram account.
I am currently on a lifetime adventure with my family. Cycling / bikepacking from Seattle to New York.
We currently post content mostly for close friends and family. The trip has been incredible so far and I could imagine it could be of interest to a wider audience.

The issue is that we all have very little time and experience to create engaging as well as inspirational content.
I need support in coming up with a concrete strategy, create content and add real followers.
There is no commercial aspect in this channel, nor do I want to be an influencer with the exception to inspire others to travel.
What does the project entail:
1) look at the existing content
2) come up with a plan and concrete steps to grow organically
3) communicate with me via an instant messenger. Propose ideas for posts. Request engaging content. (Pictures / Video)
4) create Facebook / Insta posts and reels from content that is provided.
Essentially I need a Social Media Wizzard in the background. I can supply pictures, video, 360 videos, drone shots and some text stories.
Please propose a support package. I will not choose the lowest bid and will read each proposal carefully.
Type of Content:
- I want to focus on a mix of images and videos for my Instagram account.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media strategy and content creation for Instagram
- Proficient in designing and editing both images and videos
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Strong understanding of my specific theme and style
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
