Social Media Automation Tool or Bot or AI Agent Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a LinkedIn automation agent. The tool should be able to:

Scan LinkedIn profiles and their posted content
Search LinkedIn by topics, keywords, or hashtags
Auto-generate and post relevant, natural-sounding comments
Send connection/contact requests automatically
Run on a schedule with configurable daily limits to stay safe

Requirements:

Proven experience with LinkedIn automation, scraping, or bot development (please share examples/portfolio)
Strong grasp of anti-detection techniques (rate limiting, human-like delays, proxy/session handling) to protect the account from restrictions
Ability to integrate an AI/LLM (e.g. OpenAI or similar) for generating comments and messages
Clean, documented code and a simple dashboard or config file to control targeting and limits
Familiarity with LinkedIn's terms of service and the associated risks
