Snowflake Training: Data Loading Essentials

I am grasping for a chance to develop further my existing understanding of the Snowflake data warehousing platform. My primary area of interest is learning how to ingest data on this platform.
I have an external Snowflake share with about 34 tables/views for this practice which is refreshed daily.
I wish to create a permanent database in my account from the external share.
Unfortunately, if there are edits to the shared data, they overwrite, the prior day.
So I want to make sure my account has a history to catch changes
I wish to automate the daily ingestion of this shared data.
Once done, we can move on to making a second basic reporting database in my account which Power Bi and other tools can leverage.
The tutorial will ideally include hands-on training. The expert I am seeking should have the ability to explain complex concepts in a manner that is easy to comprehend. It is likely this relationship with expand into other projects
