Need to create a snowflake task which should execute on 13th workday of every month. So for example : in October the 13th working day would be ideally 18th October after skipping sat and Sunday

I am looking for a Freelancer to create a task that will execute on the 13th working day of each month. The task needs to be executed at a specific time, and using Snowflake SQL. This task needs to run on a monthly basis, skipping Saturdays and Sundays, so for example, in October the 13th working day falls on the 18th. I have a specific set of requirements that I need to be met but am open to suggestions from an experienced Freelancer. This task should be able to take in data from various sources and generate reports out of it.
