Simple Chrome extension

I need a Chrome extension that does the following:
1. When I select certain word or phrase and press some key combination - that word should be added to the list.
2. Whenever the word or phrase from the list appears on any website - it should get highlighted.
3. There should be an option to edit that list manually.
