Shopify Low-Stock Email Alerts
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹5,000 INR
I run a Shopify store and rely solely on Shopify’s built-in inventory tools. I need a simple automation that watches my product variants and, when any item hits 40 days of stock or less, fires off a single email for that vendor.
Here’s exactly what the email must contain for every product under that vendor, no matter its stock level:
• Current available stock
• Calculated days of stock left
• Units sold over the last 90 days
Key requirements
• Automation must use Shopify’s native features—Flow, or a lightweight custom app that lives inside my store. I do not want an external third-party emailing platform.
• One email per vendor per trigger.
• Clean, readable email layout that I can tweak in Liquid if needed.
Deliverable
A working script/Flow template installed in my store, tested with a sample vendor to confirm the email arrives with the three data points above. A short setup note so I can adjust the threshold days later if needed.
If this is feasible within Shopify’s ecosystem, I’m ready to move quickly.
