Shopify Expert Needed -- 2

need a shopify expert. I have 23 changes needs to get done on the website. I have the list ready. I need someone who can do the changes and put a before and after below each change with the status of the change. I can share the document with an experience person who can provide me a good quote. we have a web design agency and looking for a reliable resource who can work with us on daily basis.
