Shipt Shopper App automation

Looking to have a macro or process to be developed that can refresh the Shipt shopper app "Available Orders" page multiple times per second until orders are available and then claim an order based on parameters set in order of preference. If you look at the attached screenshots, you will see "Available Orders" and "Open Metro" and no orders available on the first screenshot. Then on the next one, orders were added to various areas/zones. I would like to initiate the macro to continue refreshing this page as quickly as possible until it is populated with order(s) and then have it select based on the zone and then claim the the order for that zone. Process must terminate once an order is claimed. I need to be able to change preferred zone so that I can claim order closest to current physical location at the time of running the macro/process. If multiple orders populate at same time I would like to be able to claim based on retailer.
