Shippo white label integration -- 2

I have a wordpress based multivendor marketplace. I need someone to do Shippo white label integration. The features I need are shipping label purchase, rating, refunds, address validation, tracking and shipping insurance. Just to clarify, once it is done, different vendors should be able to use my site for creating shipping labels, getting shipping quotes etc. The vendors won’t need to have their own account at Shippo and don’t need to link their store/website with Shippo, instead it will go through my site. My site will have an account with Shippo.
