Setup AWS Amazon Connect with Zoho Phonebridge

We have been using Zoho Phonebridge and a German provider Sipgate but the telephone quality was often interrupted and did not work for minutes or hours. We then were lured into using Zoho's own phone solution. Unfortunately, it is not 3x more expensive (because it counts every call attempt, even if not call has happend) and therefore we would now want to use Amazon Connect. Core skill required is probably Amazon Customer Connect on AWS and possibly a little bit about Zoho.
