Senior Python AI Engineer for Swiss PropTech - RAG and LangChain

WE ARE: Ruta Technologies (ruta-tech.ch). We are a Swiss-based software company building the next generation of autonomous real estate infrastructure. We value clean code, architecture, and speed.
THE MISSION: We are building Ruta Neural™ – a Technical AI Concierge for residential buildings. The goal: The system ingests technical PDF manuals (e.g., Washing Machines, Elevators, House Rules) and accurately answers tenant questions via chat. Key constraint: Zero Hallucination. If the answer is not in the PDF, the bot must say "I don't know".
YOUR TECH STACK:
Core: Python (FastAPI / Django).
AI Logic: LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Vector DB: Pinecone, Weaviate, or Supabase.
LLM: OpenAI (GPT-4o) & Azure OpenAI.
THE PROCESS (How we hire): We do not hire based on CVs. We hire based on code.
Phase 1: You apply.
Phase 2: We select top 3 candidates for a PAID Test Task ($50).
Task: Ingest a "Miele Washing Machine Manual (PDF)".
Prompt: "Error F3".
Expected Output: Precise explanation from page 42 of the manual.
Phase 3: The winner gets the long-term contract for the full MVP build.
REQUIREMENTS:
No Agencies. Solo freelancers only.
You must be able to deploy to a test environment.
Fluent English.
