Seeking Information about a Stock Chart

I am in need of your assistance in finding information related to a stock chart. The chart depicts the price movements of a company's stock during the period from 1999 to 2006. However, I am unsure of the exact company or stock symbol represented by this chart.

I am hoping to identify the company or gather any relevant information to gain further insights into this stock chart. If anyone in the community has similar knowledge or experience, please kindly help me determine the company or stock symbol represented by this stock chart and value.

I have attached the stock chart image for you to review and analyze. Any suggestions or information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
