I am looking for an experienced genealogical researcher or open-source intelligence (OSINT) specialist to help me locate living family members of a person born in France. I have the following details:
• Full name
• Parents’ names
• Date and place of birth
• A few surnames of potential family members
Scope of Work:
1. Identify the siblings of the person in question and determine whether they are still alive.
