We need a School Information System made with Laravel or Yii, PHP, MySql with these functionalities:
Core functionalities:
Student Information Management: store and manage student demographic information, enrollment details, grades, attendance records, and health information.
Course and Schedule Management: course offerings, schedules, and class rosters.
Grading and Assessment: tools for teachers to enter and manage student grades, and generate reports for students, parents, and administrator.
Student Billing and Fees: student billing, fee management, and payment processing.
Accounting system: complete accounting double entry system, list of accounts, reporting. Attendance Tracking: student attendance, both in class and for extracurricular activities.
Communication and Notification: easy communication between teachers, students, parents, and administrators, including email, text messages, and push notifications. Should also have CRM/ticketing functionalities.
Reporting and Analytics: reports and analytics to help administrators make informed decisions and track the performance of the school.
Extended functionalities:
Parent and Student Portal: portal for parents and students to access their own information and communicate with teachers and administrators.
Human Resources Management: tools for managing employee information, payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
Student Admissions: manage the admissions process, including applications, test scores, and transcripts.
Student Health Management: manage student health information, including immunization records and medical histories.
Event and Activity Management: manage events and activities, including scheduling, sign-ups, and attendance tracking.
We will also need an app to access the system using ios/android.
As we manage three schools, we should be able to offer them the system as a SAAS.
