Schematics and PCB layout design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Project: Ultrasonic distance monitoring device
Description: I've based our first version of it on an ESP8266 MCU. attached to this are;
- An 18650 battery
- An 100mm diameter solar panel
- An HC-SR04 ultrasonic module.
- An SD05CRMA MPPT Automatic Solar Charge Controller Board
Requirements:
- The design does not need USB support
- The complete functionalities of the ESP8266 NodeMCU board is to be transferred to the New board
- The PCB design should be as small as possible not bigger than 8.5cm diameter (the board can be any shape however)
- The components should all be on one PCB with the exception of:
○ The battery which will be attached with wires by an easily detachable header connector.
○ The ultrasonic sensor which will also be plugged in using a simple header.
○ The solar panel will bring power to the charging circuit on the PCB also using a header.
○ Other components that may be required to make the project work without any problems in the future may be suggested and added.
I require the Eagle or Altium source files for the schematics, the finished PCB Layout and final Gerber file
