Scaled Three-Lot Site Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a fully-marked sketch for three adjoining lots; what I need now is a clean, professional site plan drafted to a true 1 : 50 scale. Please translate my drawing into CAD (or your preferred drafting tool) and deliver a single, print-ready PDF.
Only the critical dimensions should appear: lot boundaries, building footprints, plus the parking spaces and their approaches. Every other note, construction line, or interim measurement can be stripped out so the sheet reads clearly for permitting and presentation. Line weights, hatching and text styles should follow standard drafting conventions so the plan is immediately legible.
Deliverables
• One PDF site plan at 1 : 50, ready for plotting on ARCH-D / A1.
• Source file (DWG, DXF or similar) for any future edits.
I will supply the existing sketch and any reference surveys as soon as we start. If something in my hand-drawn version looks ambiguous, let me know before you proceed so we keep revisions minimal.
