Satellite-based Overhead Water Tank Detection

I'm looking to implement a machine learning solution that can analyze satellite data to detect overhead water tanks across India. The primary purpose of this project is to aid urban planning.

Key requirements:
- The solution should be capable of extracting:
- Location coordinates of the water tanks
- Their dimensions
- Their current condition
- Proficient understanding and experience in machine learning and satellite data analysis is essential
- Knowledge and experience in urban planning projects would be a plus.

I have not yet finalized the type of satellite data that will be used for this project. Freelancers with experience in working with different types of satellite data, such as Optical imagery, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), or Multispectral imagery, will be given priority.
