Sales Call & Customer Support Specialist

As a law firm, we need a dedicated freelancer to manage our sales calls and customer support inquiries. The primary goal is to assist clients in scheduling consultations.
Ideal Skills:
- Fluent in English with an American accent
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in a professional setting
- Familiarity with handling scheduling inquiries
- Able to follow up on calls
Availability:
- 9 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday shifts.
Your role will primarily involve:
- Taking calls from potential clients and providing necessary support
- Assisting clients with scheduling consultations
