STL File Modification for 11 SMD LED Light Shrouds (Square Tubes)

Job ID: 39488380

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a watertight STL file modified to integrate 11 square hollow shrouds that align with surface-mounted LEDs (SMD) on a PCB. The existing 3D model is fully enclosed and print-ready — ideal for CAD modification
STL Details
Size: 118 mm × 14.7 mm × 118 mm
Volume: ~31.6 cm³
Surface Area: ~320.7 cm²
Mesh Quality: Watertight and clean (no errors or broken geometry)
Mounting Studs: 4 existing studs on the back of the plate (3 are close to shroud positions)Requirements
Add 11 square hollow tubes to match the positions of surface-mounted LEDs
Tubes must align precisely with the LED positions shown in the provided PDF layout
Shroud specs:
Length (max): 0.485 inches (may be shorter to avoid contact with LED face)
Outer size: ~3.00 mm × 3.00 mm (square cross-section)
Inner size: ~2.60 mm × 2.60 mm (hollow center)
Tubes must not interfere with the LED surfaces or stud geometry
The STL has no embedded origin, so alignment will rely on matching the 4 PCB mounting holes to the 4 studs modeled on the plate
Placement will be clearly shown in the provided PDF LED map revisions & Expectations
Please account for up to 2 rounds of revisions:
One revision is built-in after I verify alignment on the physical PCB.
A second minor adjustment may be needed to tweak the shroud length or clearance around mounting studs.
Note PCB will be updated with Hole locations that match the STL file mounting studs.
