SOLIDWORKS: Design a Rolling Tool Cabinet (Sheet)

Project: Design a Rolling Tool Cabinet for Metal Fabrication (SolidWorks)
I own a small metal fabrication workshop, and I want to produce a rolling tool cabinet similar to the following examples:

The cabinet will be made from carbon steel and used to store lightweight tools and accessories.
I have already started the design in SolidWorks so you’ll have a clear idea of what I want.
Cabinet Details:
Refer to my existing SolidWorks file for drawer layout.
Adjustable drawer positions (modular design).
Mounted on wheels for easy mobility.
Cabinet assembly should use screws/fasteners so it can be disassembled for packing and shipping.
What I Need:
A SolidWorks design file (editable) suitable for laser cutting and bending.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication design (especially carbon steel).
-Strong understanding of laser cutting and bending of metal sheet.
-Do not bid if you have no experience on sheet metal parts.
Long-Term Opportunity:
I have ongoing fabrication and bending projects.
If your pricing is competitive and your designs are accurate, I’d like to build a long-term collaboration for future work.
You will be responsible for creating drawings and DXF files for my workshop to cut and bend.
