SMS Campaign

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with an SMS campaign. My goal is to notify my existing customers about updates or offers. The desired tone for the SMS messages is formal and professional. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in building an SMS platform to send mass SMS without opt-in. Additionally, the freelancer should have the following skills:
