Rhino 8 Urban Block Model

I need a clean Rhino 8 model that captures a single city block at the “basic structures and roads” level. Think of it as an urban context file rather than an architectural showcase: massing for the modern-style buildings, accurate street and sidewalk widths, curb lines, and any major public elements such as plazas or pocket parks. No textures or fine-grain detailing are required right now—I simply want the massing to read clearly for early-stage design studies.

You will receive my reference package with the block’s footprint, GIS height data, and a few street-level photos to guide proportions. From there, please:

• Build the geometry natively in Rhino 8 (no imports from other software).
• Organize layers logically—terrain, roadbed, sidewalks, building masses, vegetation placeholders—so anyone opening the file can toggle elements quickly.
• Maintain real-world scale and correct north orientation.
• Deliver a single .3dm file plus a viewport screenshot for quick preview.

I’m open to refinements once I review the first pass, but the core goal is a lightweight, modern-style context model that lets my design team drop in concept buildings immediately.
