Revit Model of an Apartment -- 2

Hi there!
I am looking for a freelancer to create a Revit model of an apartment with 243 m², for interior design purposes. I have specific requirements for the design elements and style. The level of detail required in the model is low, focusing only on the architectural elements.

I only have the plan in JPG, but it does have basic dimensions, I have full 360 degrees of all spaces in the apartment, so I need it to be done exactly as it is, link below to see the 360.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D modeling
- Strong understanding of interior design principles
- Ability to accurately represent architectural elements in the model

Elements to be included in the model:
- Walls (modeled precisely as in photos, if it's tiles until a certain height, that must be showing, etc)
- Ceilings (modeled precisely as in photos)
- Floors (modeled precisely as in photos)
- Windows (modeled precisely as in photos)
- Doors (modeled precisely as in photos)
- Kitchen Counters (modeled precisely as in photos)
- Bathroom Equipment (modeled exactly as in photos)
(No loose furniture is required to be modeled)
