Retouch 44 corporate portraits

Hi there, I need some help doing retouching on 44 corporate portraits (22 people x 2 portraits each). All shot in the same location using natural light. Your job will be to take the images from raw files (Fuji GFX 50s raw files) to finished high-resolution jpgs -- white balance and colour correction to create a consistent set, light skin smoothing and retouching, and consistency across all files to achieve a clean, warm and natural aesthetic. We can do five portraits as an initial test. I have attached a PDF showing all the raw files.
