Retool Developer for Low-Code Construction Management Platform

We’re building a unified low-code construction management platform that centralizes project templates, dynamic scheduling, version-controlled documents, change-order tracking, integrated financial management, AI-powered RFIs, predictive alerts, and customizable reporting. Tailored dashboards will cater to various roles like admins, coordinators, trades, sales, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain role-based dashboards and workflows in Retool.
- Connect and query our Supabase/PostgreSQL backend and external APIs.
- Implement business logic: access controls, notifications, automations.
- Create, test, and deploy apps in staging/production environments.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and document solutions.
Timeline: Layout ASAP; complete within 7–10 days.
Milestone Structure:
1. Initial completion with payment upon delivery.
2. Post-testing phase with additional payment after fixes and adjustments.
3. Final payment after a 30-day warranty period.
Budget: Based on an estimated 30 hours of work on a no-code platform.
