Resolve Flutter Crash After Xcode Update

I recently updated Xcode to the latest release from Apple and my Flutter project stopped working immediately afterward. At this point I don’t even know whether the failure is coming from build, runtime, or UI layers—what I do know is that the app that compiled and ran flawlessly before the upgrade now refuses to launch successfully.
Here’s the current state:
• Flutter SDK, CocoaPods, and all platform-specific packages are already up to date, but the iOS target either fails to build or crashes right after installation depending on which workaround I try.
• Android remains unaffected, so the issue is confined to the iOS tool-chain introduced with the new Xcode version.
• No proprietary code or backend changes have been made since the upgrade, so I’m confident the regression is tooling-related.
I need a seasoned Flutter+iOS developer to:
• Investigate the root cause directly in my project (I can share the repo or set up a quick remote session).
