Resilience Testing Chaos Tool Development

I am looking for a developer to help me create a chaos engineering tool that is compatible in injecting chaos with AWS kubernetis , Azure kubernetis and on premises servers .
The tool can be used to inject failures in azure kubernetis cluster AKS , amazon kubernetis cluster EKS and on premises application cluster. The chaos types include latency injection, cpu burst, memory exhaustion, killing container , pods , nodes etc . This could potentially be developed in python and should have frontend web-based UI for multiple users to access , although it is not a requirement and I am open to alternative options like Jenkins pipelines . I do not recommend open source tools chaos mesh and chaos monkey .
