Residential Drafting for Ongoing Projects
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I have a steady stream of new builds and renovations in Western Australia that need full construction documentation, from concept through council submission. Your role is to turn my Concept plans or DA Plans into working drawings that meet the NCC/BCA, WA R-Codes and individual shire checklists.
I usually work in ArchiCAD, yet I am completely comfortable if you prefer Revit or AutoCAD—what matters is that the final PDFs are sharp, dimensions are spot-on, and the native files remain editable for later revisions. Clear communication and predictable turnaround times are essential; I often have overlapping deadlines, so I’ll count on you to flag clashes early and keep progress visible with regular file drops.
Key deliverables for each job will be:
• Site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections and roof plan
• Shadow diagrams, energy notes and other council-specific sheets when required
• Fully annotated working drawings suitable for builder pricing and construction
• PDF issue set plus the original PLN/RVT/DWG files
Acceptance criteria: drawings must align with WA drafting conventions, use my title block and layer system. If you have the residential experience outlined above and can commit to continuing work, I’m ready to start sharing the first project immediately.
