I regularly prepare residential sites around Australia and need a reliable quantity surveyor who understands local building practices to confirm earthworks volumes on each new build. I will email you the architectural and site plans in PDF format together with the finished floor level and desired cut height.
Your job is to open the drawings, calculate the cut-and-fill volumes in cubic metres, and return a clearly marked-up plan that shows the areas affected plus one total figure for material to be removed or imported. Only basic annotations are necessary; clarity and accuracy are what matter most.
If the first project runs smoothly we can continue on a per-project basis, agreeing a price before you start each take-off. A quick turnaround and solid maths will keep the workflow steady for both of us.
