Replicate BotDigit Auth & Dashboard in laravel or wordpress

I want to recreate the authentication flow and internal dashboard you see on https://botdigit.com using Laravel. or wordpress Before bidding, please explore the live site so you understand the screens, UX and data flow I expect.
Scope
• Build a clean Laravel 10 code-base in PHP 8+ that mirrors BotDigit’s sign-up, login, password reset, e-mail verification and profile management.
• Develop a modular dashboard that matches the look-and-feel of BotDigit’s main panels, widgets and navigation, ready for future feature expansion.
User roles & permissions
I will need role-based access control for:
– Admin
– Regular User
– Guest
– Client
– Freelancer
– Agency
Each role must have its own permission set that I can manage from an admin panel (CRUD for roles and abilities).
What I need from you
1. A brief technical plan describing how you will structure models, controllers and middleware, plus any packages you would rely on (e.g. Laravel Breeze, Jetstream, Spatie Permission).
2. A realistic timeline broken into milestones and the estimated cost for each.
3. Clean, well-commented code that follows PSR-12, with Git commits pushed to a private repo so I can review progress.
4. Post-delivery support for bug fixes and minor refactors while we integrate further modules.
Nice-to-haves (not required now but mention if you can handle them later): real-time data processing, payment gateway integration.
