Description:
I need an experienced email deliverability + DNS + server security expert to fully repair and optimize email sending for three domains:
jewelercart.com
legalcart.net
cashprohomebuyers.com
These domains need to be configured properly for inbox deliverability with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and corporate email systems.
Recently, one of my server IPs was blacklisted and marked as having an open SOCKS proxy, so I also need the server cleaned and secured.
What Needs to Be Fixed
1. Email Authentication
Each domain must have:
Correct SPF
Working DKIM (not currently enabled)
Strong DMARC (quarantine or reject)
Alignment for SPF + DKIM + DMARC
BIMI readiness (optional)
2. Server IP & Blacklist Cleanup
My server IP 104.238.220.190 is listed on:
DroneBL (Open SOCKS Proxy)
s5h.net
You must:
Identify and remove the open SOCKS proxy
Clean any malware or suspicious services
Secure the server
Submit proper delisting requests
Ensure IP stays clean going forward
3. DNS Configuration
Fix/verify PTR (Reverse DNS) → must match hostname
Ensure HELO/EHLO identity is correct
Configure Cloudflare DNS where needed
Set up proper MX records if needed
Verify all DNS changes propagate correctly
4. Deliverability Improvement
Warm-up plan for sending domains
Fix Gmail/Outlook spam delivery
Help test inbox placement
Verify domain reputation recovery
Recommend or configure external SMTP if needed (Moosend, SendGrid, Mailgun etc.)
Requirements

Strong understanding of Cloudflare DNS
