Rendering of a building for presentation

I need to get a rendering for a building that I have in sketch-up for a presentation to the community. I will need three angles of this building and the scene should have cars and people in there also. We may need to make some adjustments later on and play with the colors a little.

I would like to have better fuller trees, better roads and cars etc... not a Google Street View but a more rendered view of the street etc...

Deliverable: 3 exterior renderings from different angles.
