Workers:
• Open the app and see live jobs
• Apply instantly
• Get hired fast
• Work that same day

Employers:
• Post jobs that need immediate help
• See available workers in real time
• Hire within minutes

This only works if there is real activity on both sides at the same time in a specific location.

You will choose the location.

Scope:
• Pick ONE geographic area and own it
• Build real activity, not fake installs
• Drive both workers and employers

Comp structure (results only):
• First 200 active users → paid milestone
• Then 1,000 active users → continued work (If you hit this I will hire you for long term)
• Then 10,000 active users → If you hit this, I will give you Bonus!
• Then 100,000 users → long-term opportunity

“Active user” = someone who actually uses the app, not just installs

Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Proven track record in organic growth, influencers, or PR
• Ability to create real marketplace activity from zero

When you bid, you MUST include:
• The exact geographic location you will target and why
• Confirmation you understand this is performance-based and tied to hitting the numbers
• Your plan to reach the first 200 active users
• Proof of past results (real numbers)
