I'm looking for a skilled professional with experience in web scraping and real estate data analysis. The task is to extract comprehensive property data and project data from various real estate websites in India.
Key Requirements:
- Scrape data from the following websites: MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, No Broker, PropTiger, Square Yards, Makan.com, Common Floor.
- Data to be extracted includes: Property listings, Agent details, Price trends.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficient web scraping skills, preferably with Python or similar programming languages.
- Previous experience with real estate data.
- Understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to deliver the task till date, with all records updated.
Please note that this is a one-time project but has the potential for future work based on performance.
