React/NodeJS Admin Panel for Content Management

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a Content Management Admin Panel using React.js and Node.js, and hosting it on AWS.

The Admin Panel's primary functions will include:
- Content Creation and Editing
- Organizing and Categorizing Content
- Tracking Content Performance

This platform will be utilized by three main user types:
- Administrators
- Editors
- Content Managers

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Stripe
- Prior experience in developing Admin Panels
- Familiarity with AWS hosting
- Strong understanding of content management systems
- Ability to implement user management functionalities
