Random Video chat site like Omegle/chatroulette that connects three random people together. [prototype]

Hello,
I’m an entrepreneur from the UK and I make social products.
I’m looking for someone to build me a web app like 0megle or ChatR0ulette but it allows for the connection of 3 random people rather than 2.
Further details:
• Once a user visits the site, they connect their camera and mic, and they are then matched with 2 other people.
• The user can either press a button to skip /change one of the people or press a button that will find 2 new people for them to be matched with.
• As well as video/audio chat users can chat in a chat box.

I’m not entirely sure the best language/tools for this task. I will leave this up to the proposal winner.
